May 2024, Bangkok – Cloud 11, the upcoming creator hub by MQDC on Sukhumvit, is enhancing its neighborhood as part of South Sukhumvit Association.

MQDC is the property developer within DTGO. The company realizes the group’s mission to help people and the planet through projects designed “For All Well-Being” to enhance life for all life.

The association has restored “Tree House 95 Phrakhanong” for local people and children.

The new park on Soi Sukhumvit 95 is also a pilot project for the BMA’s “15-Minute Pocket Parks” policy.

Mr. Onza Janyaprasert, Project Director of Cloud 11, said: “Locals now have easy access to a green oasis.”

Cloud 11 is set to open near year by Udomsuk BTS station as Asia’s largest creator hub. The project spans 10.7 acres. Seven zones include a Creator Village, a shopping center, a hotel zone, and the Cloud 11 Hall for concerts and e-sports. All 7 zones are linked by Bangkok’s largest sky garden: Cloud 11 Park.
